Project Description

Mendota Heights is a growing suburb of the Twin Cities. Several companies are headquartered in Mendota Heights including Mayflower Distributing and Patterson Companies. The city itself is a history city with beautiful parks and breath-taking views. In 2017, Big-D Construction’s Midwest office commenced construction on 139 brand new apartment homes. The project was constructed adjacent to the Dodge Nature Preserve, so residents will have unobstructed views overlooking the preserve.

The Reserve at Mendota Village features two levels of underground parking for residents and guests. The apartment building itself stands four-levels. Amenities installed by Big-D include an outdoor pool and patio area, 2 community lounges, and a fitness and yoga studio. Each 1 and 2 bedroom units feature exquisite finishes that include materials such as granite, quartz, and hard maple cabinetry. Floors 3 & 4 feature full-height kitchen cabinetry and engineered wood floors. The project was constructed using high efficiency HVAC systems, LED Lighting throughout and will feature a Solar Garden covering the flat roof.
