Aspire at CityPlace is a new, 253-unit, multi-family market rate apartment complex that includes a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment units and 21 two-story townhomes. The complex is a five-story structure above two levels of heated underground parking. The project features a grand, two-story lobby featuring expansive com-mon areas with a sunken lounge and various seating areas, fireplace, and coffee bar. The community room/resident entertainment suite features a full kitchen, a walk-up bar from the pool area, and private interior and exterior balconies.
Construction of resident amenities also included a state-of-the-art resident conference room and rooftop lounge with sitting areas and firepit, a large, multi-level 24-hour fitness center, yoga and spin studio, pet spa/grooming station, and a ride-in bicycle lounge with storage, maintenance, and workshop room. Exterior amenities include three dog parks and an expansive 42,000-sf courtyard with multiple conversation areas, firepits, outdoor kitch-en, two private grilling areas, game area, a lookout point, and English-inspired gardens

The Ritz Classic Apartments is a new five-story, multi-family housing project. The apartment complex is located on the site of an iconic building – the former Ritz Bowling Alley – and the historic bowling alley sign was preserved and refurbished as part of the new community. The new apartment complex is a 287-unit property with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The first level is a dedicated 300-stall resident parking garage. Construction of amenity spaces included a fitness and yoga room, sports lounge, swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen/grilling area, and fire pit. The building, shaped like an “E” enables inside-facing residential units to open toward two central courtyards. The building exterior is constructed of brick veneer along the first two floors with stucco accents on the corners. The design is contemporary with elevated finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and marble center islands.
