Andrew Soderquist began his construction career as a carpenter in 1994, progressing through roles in estimating, preconstruction leadership, project management, and executive positions.
Rick Brooks
Rick brings a wealth of experience to his leadership role in Mission Critical. Holding a degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, he initiated his professional journey in heavy equipment operation, focusing on constructing and operating sand and gravel plants.
