Our Leaders
Andrew Soderquist
Andrew Soderquist brings more than 30 years of construction experience. He began his career as a carpenter in the early 1990s and later earned a degree in Construction Management, progressing through estimating, preconstruction, project management, and executive leadership.
Rick Brooks
Rick Brooks leads Big-D’s Mission Critical group, bringing a strong technical foundation with a degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. With nearly 3 decades of construction experience, he began his career in residential construction, civil design, and large-scale commercial construction, where he has contributed to complex mega projects and multiple data center campuses.
Travis Bright
Travis Bright is a Vice President with 20 years of construction experience, including the past 14 years focused exclusively on hyperscale and mission critical data centers. His background includes leadership roles with both a global hyperscale technology company and a nationally recognized data center builder, giving him a clear understanding of how to align owner and contractor priorities.
