Bell Lexus North Scottsdale is a 102,895-sf automotive dealership, located just of the 101 freeway. The property includes a two-story service department with 59 service bays and a display parking deck on the upper floor. Additionally, there is a full-service car wash, detail bays and fueling station on the premise. The project is LEED Certified and has maximized energy efficiency in areas of design, construction and operations. Originally set on an 11-month timeline, the owner requested compression to a 7-month schedule, requiring crews to split into two groups so that the show room, site work and service buildings could be constructed simultaneously. The team worked closely with the owner and architect to gain substitute materials that were unavailable, and with the city to make sure construction intent and schedule needs were fully transparent from start to finish.

60 Park is a new, six-story, Class A, multi-tenant office building located in the Park Avenue mixed-use development in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City. Big-D was responsible for demolition of an existing building and construction of the core and shell. 60 Park features a modern aesthetic, upgraded finishes, efficient and flexible floor layouts, a fitness facility with locker rooms, and secure bike storage. The building includes sustainable design elements and efficient systems including a rainscreen exterior wall system, high efficiency glazing, low-flow water fixtures, electronically managed LED lighting systems designed to fully utilize natural daylight, and mechanical systems that utilize a combination of natural ventilation, evaporative cooling, and traditional chillers.
