60 Park Office Building

60 Park is a new, six-story, Class A, multi-tenant office building located in the Park Avenue mixed-use development in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City. Big-D was responsible for demolition of an existing building and construction of the core and shell. 60 Park features a modern aesthetic, upgraded finishes, efficient and flexible floor layouts, a fitness facility with locker rooms, and secure bike storage. The building includes sustainable design elements and efficient systems including a rainscreen exterior wall system, high efficiency glazing, low-flow water fixtures, electronically managed LED lighting systems designed to fully utilize natural daylight, and mechanical systems that utilize a combination of natural ventilation, evaporative cooling, and traditional chillers.
