The community of Bloomington, Minnesota has been booming with residential projects, including The Preserve at Normandale Lake. The city is the fourth largest in the state of Minnesota. In 2016, Big-D Construction commenced construction on The Preserve at Nomandale Lake Apartments.
The 5-story apartment building consists of 179 apartment units and amenity space. Veneer is a combination of brick, stone, metal panels, cement board, and stucco. The building includes studio apartments, as well as one, two, and three-bedroom apartment units. There is also a limited number of deluxe, two-story penthouses. Each apartment includes a private deck or patio.

The Preserve at Normandale Lake

Spring House Apartments is a new, four-story, income restricted multi-family housing project with modern look and upscale feel. The building is wood frame construction with a flat membrane roof, over a single-story precast concrete parking structure. The exterior is comprised of brick, cultured stone, and fiber cement panel siding. The complex is a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units appointed with granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring, warm led lighting, custom paint, and Juliette balconies. Construction included numerous community amenities including a playground, community room, fitness center, clubroom with kitchen, outdoor rooftop area with grills and fire pit, a lighted dog run, and fully landscaped grounds.
