AutoZone Warehouse & Distribution Center

The AutoZone Warehouse & Distribution Center project is a large, new construction warehouse designed to increase the frequency of deliveries to AutoZone stores in the region. The structure consisted of slab-on-grade foundation, concrete tilt-up wall panels, and structural steel columns. This AutoZone facility was one of the first few of the company’s newer generation “mega hub” fulfillment centers that has the capacity to carry up to 110,000 SKUs and ability fulfill orders for nearby stores within 24 hours. The warehouse was designed with every efficiency and leading-edge industry technology. The scope of construction also included an office buildout with resilient flooring, acoustical tile, and painted gypsum board walls and a 7,546-sf, three-bay, pre-engineered metal building facility for semi-truck maintenance
