Andrew Soderquist
Andrew began his construction career as a carpenter in 1994 before earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He then transitioned into estimating, preconstruction leadership, project management, and executive roles, gaining valuable experience across multiple sectors. Andrew excels at developing and implementing strategies that support successful outcomes for both teams and clients.
Rick Brooks
Rick Brooks leads Big-D Mission Critical with extensive experience and a degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. Starting in heavy equipment operation and plant construction, Rick transitioned to commercial construction with notable projects like the Utah Data Center and Salt Lake City Airport Redevelopment Program. With expertise in preconstruction and a results-oriented approach, Rick drives value for both teams and clients through his leadership.
