Timberlane Partners is a Seattle-based real estate investment company that focuses on the development and renovation of multi-family, retail, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, and office spaces. Originally founded in 2010 to acquire, improve, and operate cash flow properties in the Puget Sound area, the company now serves the markets of Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, and Seattle. To keep up with Salt Lake City’s growing population, the company hired Big-D to build The Morton—an eight-story, mixed-use residential complex. Big-D began construction on in April 2018 and successfully completed the project in October 2019.

The Reserve at Sono project is a multi-family development in Vadnais Heights that includes apartments and townhomes. This four-story, 140,000-sf structure features 89 units of varying size and layout, as well as 117-lower level parking stalls. Construction of the 74 townhome units total 157,000-sf and are spread between 13 different buildings, and include a wide variety of custom finishes. Community amenities include a wine bar, coffee bar, lounge, pool party room and patio, fitness center, conference room, separate moving entrance and elevator and swimming pool. Exterior work includes a central community pond, pickleball court, pavillion and dog park for Reserve residents.
