The Grove Plaza Renovation

McAlvain provided CM|GC services for the total reconstruction of the Grove Plaza and three spokes to modernize the high-use pedestrian plaza.  Major improvements include: new brick pavers, illuminate jet-water fountain, shade structures, performance stage, sound and lighting, tree replacement, silva cell zones and high efficiency water-wise irrigation system.
