Park City Mountain Resort Ski Maintenance Facility

The Park City Ski Maintenance Facility is a new steel building with insulated panel walls and a membrane roof. The project includes a fuel depot, food commissary, multiple maintenance and storage bays for Sno-Cat vehicles, snowmobiles, trucks, and operations equipment, and a dedicated wash bay. The main floor includes truck lifts, an overhead bridge crane, work areas, and miscellaneous mechanical and electrical support rooms. The mezzanine is comprised of a reception area, multiple offices, a conference room, storage areas, and support rooms. The project scope included construction of rock and concrete retaining walls, landscaping, and asphalt paving. The project was managed by our Signature Group out of its office in Park City.
