Big-D Construction has a long-standing relationship with Malouf Companies and has completed multiple projects for them over the course of recent years. Work has included providing preconstruction estimating support for the design of their future corporate headquarters building and construction of multiple projects on the current facility in Logan, UT.

Malouf Companies Office Renovation &amp; Expansion

Big-D was the CM/GC contactor for a 100,000-sf expansion to their existing warehouse/office facility that created a large mezzanine for a 23,000-sf showroom, numerous conference rooms of varying sizes, modern open collaborative workspaces, employee amenities, new restrooms, and an employee fitness center with yoga/aerobics studio. More recently, Big-D has been working on another multi-phase renovation that will upgrade their kitchen/cafeteria area, modify roughly 35,000-sf of existing office space, and create a 31,000-sf professional photo studio.

Malouf Companies Office Renovation & Expansion

About 10 years ago, a highly-respected capital management firm hired Dovetail to build out an office space in their historic downtown building in Bozeman, Montana. The result was a tasteful and beautiful workspace that has been enjoyed by staff and clients ever since. However, as the firm grew, they wanted a space that was a bit more contemporary and would accommodate their growing staff within a sleek and welcoming environment.
We undertook a significant remodel, featuring steel and privacy glass accented by the warmth of custom woodwork throughout — a stunning live-edge walnut serving bar, wide-plank gray oak flooring, and custom oak planters at work stations. Now they’re set for the next 10 years (at least) with a stunning office space that better fits their company brand.
