This project is a ground-up Jaguar Land Rover Dealership, located on the Penske Campus in Chandler, Arizona. The building features a showroom area, hospitality area, service shop area, service advisor/drop-off area, finance and insurance area, car delivery area and parts department with a parts storage mezzanine. This project had to be logistically planned so that the construction efforts and the Auto Group Business surrounding the project could build and operate in and efficient and productive manner during construction. To keep the businesses in seamless operations, our leadership team laid out traffic flow patterns, delivery flow patterns and product display areas so that there was a good experience when customers entered the campus.

Earnhardt Dodge is a full-service dealership in Gilbert, Arizona. For years Earnhardt Dodge was located on Arizona Avenue, one mile south of the US-60 where they were the #1 Dodge dealership in the world. In 2009 Chrysler and Jeep franchises were added to this location. In 2013, Big-D Southwest completed the new state-of-the-art Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram facility in the SanTan Motorplex at Val Vista &amp; the San Tan Freeway (Loop 202) to aid in the expansion. The dealership has a two-story showroom and parts building utilizing masonry and steel construction with integral colored CMU, EIFS and glass curtain walls. The facility includes sales department, parts, service shop, car wash and associated equipment on a 13-acre parcel.
