Jaguar / Land Rover

This project is a ground-up Jaguar Land Rover Dealership, located on the Penske Campus in Chandler, Arizona. The building features a showroom area, hospitality area, service shop area, service advisor/drop-off area, finance and insurance area, car delivery area and parts department with a parts storage mezzanine. This project had to be logistically planned so that the construction efforts and the Auto Group Business surrounding the project could build and operate in and efficient and productive manner during construction. To keep the businesses in seamless operations, our leadership team laid out traffic flow patterns, delivery flow patterns and product display areas so that there was a good experience when customers entered the campus.
