The Amazon SAZ3 Sub-Same Day Fulfillment Center project was a comprehensive renovation of a 144,045-sf warehouse facility. The project encompassed extensive tenant improvements, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. Key elements of the renovation included the integration of a robotic component system with perimeter fencing and strategically placed workstations. The scope of work also addressed site modifications, such as parking area restriping and potential exterior wall improvements. Interior modifications featured the installation of high-pile storage racking, battery charging stations, and enhanced employee support spaces, creating a state-of-the-art logistics and distribution environment.

The inaugural structure in the industrial park stands out as one of the most advanced in the United States. Tailored to meet contemporary needs, this tilt-up concrete building boasts a remarkable 40-foot clear height and was meticulously constructed to LEED specifications. Despite its expansive size—1 million square feet—this speculative building was completed in a remarkable 8-month timeframe.
