A milestone celebration for the Park Avenue project in Sugar House, Utah.
The final steel work for the University of Utah Health’s Sugar House Health Center is complete. In honor of this milestone, a formal “topping off” celebration was held at the project site. As part of tradition, a small portion of the final beam was painted, and representatives from the University of Utah were on hand to sign the beam that was hoisted up, along with a ceremonial tree. The tree will eventually be planted in the neighboring Sugar House Park.
Once complete, the health care center will feature a number of services for patients. The Park Avenue project also features an underground parking structure and a new 6-story office building that will be adjacent to the health care center.
