Project Description

Midtown Village follows the trend in urban development of mixed-use buildings that combine many uses of space in the same close area, encouraging walking and close-to-home shopping and work. This development has it all, from retail and commercial space to condominiums and parking. Two levels of underground parking provide plenty of space for shoppers, workers, and residents. One level of retail space and another level of commercial office space create opportunity for businesses, and five levels of residential condominiums have plenty of space for a great lifestyle.

Big-D constructed the towers using a steel frame with concrete on metal deck and a sub-grade concrete parking structure. The parking structure was constructed of cast-in-place concrete and structural steel. Commercial areas are built of structural steel and in-filled with metal studs, drywall, and stucco. The residential spaces are constructed of structural steel, metal studs, and drywall with an exterior stucco skin.

Interior finishes have been determined by the respective purchasers of each condo/residential unit. Each unit has a deck that gives residents outdoor space.
