Presenters and attendees gathered virtually to hear from several keynotes and panelists—including Big-D’s own Implementation & Adoption Manager, Nichole Carter. Nichole shared how Big-D has been using Nyfty’s Health Survey Bot Platform to easily send daily wellness and jobsite cleanliness checks via text message using AI bots housed within the platform.

his year, which was considered an essential industry at the onset of the pandemic. To keep workers healthy and jobsites open, mitigating the risk of COVID-19 is a critical responsibility and a major challenge for all of us at Big-D. On average, our teams are coordinating with a large amount of workers at each individual jobsite. As an early adopter of company-wide safety measures, we knew that to limit the virus’s spread, we had to quickly implement daily wellness checks across all of our trade partners and employees, without increasing health risks through additional face-to-face interactions.
The Nyfty Health Survey Bot texts Big-D’s trade partners a link to a small, simple survey to ensure our crews are healthy, informed, and able to complete their work safely during the pandemic. This technology has helped us see over a 600% increase in daily wellness and jobsite cleanliness checks.
