Project Description

The Newpark Town Center is a multi-use development in Kimball Junction, near Park City, Utah. The Center aims to bring many visitors and shoppers to the area, and because Park City is a popular winter destination, underground parking structures were the best choice to accommodate a large number of vehicles.

Big-D completed two parking structures with a total of 334 parking stalls. On the west side of South Center Drive, the concrete parking structure has 146 stalls, all of which are underground. The east parking structure has the other 188 stalls on two levels and is partially underground.

These parking areas support 38 retail stores, including a large Best Buy store. Newpark Town Center also offers visitors access to the Swaner Eco-Preserve, Park City Old Town, adjacent ski areas, and Sundance Film Festival venues, and these covered and spacious parking facilities help deliver a good experience to the many visitors who will use them.
