Project Description

If you build it, they will come. That is precisely what the owners of the Exeter International Center hope will happen with 2 brand new buildings near a busy trucking route. Located on 14.58 acres of land just west of the Salt Lake International Airport in Utah, and near Interstate 80, the Exeter International Center provides more than 222,000 square feet for warehouse and distribution space.

The center is comprised of 2 warehouse buildings. Both buildings are equipped to provide warehouse and distribution space for any trade or industry. Each building has a park front, rear-loading configuration for loading docks, ESFR sprinkler system for racking storage and 2000 amps of power service. These two buildings were constructed with concrete and steel in a tilt-up configuration. The concrete panels were poured on each building’s the slab on grade, and then erected in 3 days. Approximately 4100 cubic yards of concrete was placed for the floors and 3500 cubic yards for the walls. The roof structure consists of standard joist and deck, with a 45 mil roofing membrane over expanded polystyrene insulation. There is over 162,000 square feet of landscaping on this project.
