The David Eccles Conference Center is part of the historic Peery’s Egyptian Theater complex, which is a landmark in downtown Ogden, Utah. The Egyptian theme carried throughout the theater spreads to the conference center with stone architecture and other dramatic elements. Stone archways, ornamental railings, and an exterior façade—inspired by items found in the tomb of King Tutankhamen—decorate the buildings. The opening night of this historical treasure was celebrated throughout the entire state of Utah. Like the Peery Egyptian Theater, this luxurious facility allows visitors to step back in time.
The David Eccles Conference Center offers two levels of spacious and flexible gathering space perfect for meetings, conventions, tradeshows, and social events. Each event can accommodate up to 1,500 attendees. The magnificent windowed walls create bright, daylight-filled hallways while revealing stunning mountain views. Combined with the warm color accents throughout the building, visitors enjoy the impression of walking through Utah’s grand desert landscape and the splendor of ancient Egypt.
