Lump Sum Contracting

Employing the traditional “Lump Sum Contracting” delivery system, Big-D painstakingly examines your completed construction drawings and specifications, and provides you with a single-entry amount (a fancy way of saying “lump sum”) to cover all labor, equipment, materials, services, overhead, and profit for completing your project.
